Autumn Poetry - Trees

Branches flowing back and forth on a windy day.

Leaves gently gliding down, softly landing onto the ground below.

Trees give a big smile to people when they pass by.

Their enthusiasm brightens up the streets and forests.

They use their long branches to protect innocent victims from the sun.

The strong bark covering their bodies make them almost invincible.

Trees enjoy having adventurous children climbing on them,

Discovering the joy and happiness that the children bring.

They stand tall, frozen like a scarecrow in the middle of a corn field,

A statue in the middle of a park or an art gallery.

Trees are a masterpiece from a little seed to the big, strong figure they have become today.
