New Super 14 Champions Have Arrived

The Super 14 is a rugby tournament which brings together 14 rugby teams throughout South Africa, New Zealand and Australia. This is a story about the invigorating final between the Bulls and the Sharks in Durban, South Africa.

The Sharks suffered a devastating loss to the Bulls at the 2007 Super 14 Final in Durban, South Africa. The Bulls have been the first ever South Africa team to hold the glory being the Super 14 champions. The Bulls won by one point after the Sharks missed a conversion. This was a very hectic and hair raising final because I didn’t know much of the Bulls or the Sharks strategies and I was being very bias supporting the Bulls because I thought that they had the energy and strength to push through the Sharks considering I am a Chiefs fan. But none the less that was a great final and I hope that the Bulls work harder to defend their title at the 2008 Super 14 rugby tournament.

  1. That was an awesome match to watch.
In the Herald on last monday it had a picture of Brian Habana scoring the match winning try for the bulls.
That did make a large amount of history in South African history.
Next year the Super 14 title is coming back to New Zealand

    (I hope)
